Will dropped into the base from a window, rifle slung across his back. "Jasmine, huntings getting worse. They lace guards now." He said, unloading the gun and tossing it on a bed in the corner of the room. His hair was soaked from rain and sweat, causing it to become plastered onto his forehead. He drew his pistol and unloaded this as well, tossing it to the bed.

 

Ben was walking down a rain and blood soaked street this once peacful town was now a hell hole for these new human. As he walked he held his desert eagles in his hand with a death grip his fingers at the triggers ready to pull. He had to be very quite but it was hard with his M21 sniper riffle on his back clanking every time he walked

 

Ian walked out onto the sunny balcony of his bedroom. Pulling a long time friend of Marlboro out of his pocket he lite it and took 3 long drags. Putting out the almost untouched cigarette on a ashtray balanced in the corner of two railings he smiled down gazing at the swimming pool. There he saw his love, Jeb. Ian was an exception. Vampire's stuck mostly to human catholic tradition's. Strongly again'st gay's, sex, abortion. You name it and they hated it. But Ian... Ian was different. He was a man? Yes physically. But the vampire who spread with him again'st popular belief wasn't Jeb, no, it was a female -Joanna- who was at the brink of death when she transfered. And for a reason Jeb was looking into, he tended to keep some of this women's emotion's.

Ian winced and he rubbed the faded pink scar at the back of his neck. Every time he thought of Joanna, a women whose name he didn't even know, he got a searing pain there. Vampire's weren't supposed to know their makers. It's why they hunted in group's. Ian smiled as he walked back into his bedroom, passing straight through.

Jeb was tired, very tired. And in order to hide this he wore a large pair of Versace sunglass's. He was attempting to read another chapter of a human book, 'The 7 habits of highly effected people', when he began to doze. Shaking his head slightly he woke himself up. He had a fear of sleeping, causing him acute insomnia. His fear was perfectly rational tho. Who isn't scared of the 8 hours every night where your completely helpless. You can't hear, see, smell or touch. Death so easily came to those who slept.

"Hello." He heard from behind him, feeling the familiar brush of lip's whispering in his ear.

He reached his hand back a caressed the ever so sculpted jaw line of Ian, his love.

He sat up and turned around, noticing Ian, as usual, was stark. Giving an embarrassed smile Jeb leaned down and picked up a towel, tossing it at Ian.

"For my eye's only" He reminded him.

"Yes of course. I forgot" Ian said draping the towel around himself. After the towel was finally fitted around him, he tossed it off, grabbing Jeb's hand.

"Lets have a swim." He announced pulling Jeb towards the pool

Struggling free, just in time Jeb pushed Ian in a began un-buttoning his shirt. When he was done he pulled off his trouser's and jumped into the pool.

 

Yuhi was inside the school. His home. He was surprise that he lasted a long time in the broken school. He had survive on the simple stuff, berries, can foods, and of course, his fallen school mates. He wasn't ashame that he ate them. Survival makes you do crazy things. Though, he is lucky that he has a freezer to keep the meat cool.

"Time to go hunt, tonight." He told himself.

Yuhi waited in till it gets dark, so he can venture in hell.

 

Will nodded, setting his guns into a safe where he kept three other guns. An L96 Sniper rifle, A spaz 12 shotgun, and the last one had a sheet over it. That was the weapon from his grandfather. He looked down, seeing he was covered in blood and dirt. He went outside, letting the rain wash him clean.

 

Talon walked past Jasmine in the hall. He laughed and messed up her hair as he passed her. "How was the hunting?" he said with a grin.

 

Ben took out his radio and tried some channels just to see if he could find anyone in this town
"Hello....hello..My name is Ben and I am alone...is any one out there...over"
he said as he continued down the long street.

 

Will drew his walkie. "This is Beta of the vampires, who may you be sir?" He asked, grin spreading on his face. He loved to mess with survivor's heads.

 

"this is Preist-13 and I am after a vampire in this area do you know anything about him"

 

Jeb was enjoying the very little intimate time that he got to spend with Ian. Ian being the vampire leader, and him being the main hunter there was very little time to spare. Ian pulled Jeb through the water into his chest, kissing him on the forehead.

"It time to get ready." He said solemnly paddling the last bit to the pool's edge. "Sunset in 45 minutes" Jeb nodded. He didn't need to be reminded. Vampire's, or as the liked to call themselves 'Beings', had a very adept internal clock, more detailed than that of a humans. They were always prepared. Jeb sighed at looked up at the beautiful crimson slash the dying sun had left in the sky.

"If only we could..." He began to mumble to himself before being interupted.

"Aren't you coming?" Ian asked him.

He answered with actions, swimming to the waters edge and pushing himself out.

 

Will smiled even more. "You are talking to him, my friend. What do you want with the vampire clan?" He asked, striding into the base to dry off.

 

"ohh you know just to whipe out every last bit of you kind" Ben said with a smile.

 

Will's grin grew. "Boy, you would fail. I would send our top hunters after you. You have 15 minutes to live." He said, shutting off the walkie.

 

Ben holstered his Pistols pulling off his coat reveling a katana with a chain of the teeth of his previous kills. Ben unshethed hit holding it with one hand he continued down the street
"My name isnt Preist for nothing I am the redemer of lost souls" He said with a serious look on his face

 

"Oh what are you two up to?" A young man in his 20's walked up to Jasmine and Talon. It was James, the leader of the guild. He looked at them arms crossed. He sniffed the smell.

"Jasmine, you came back from a mission, go clean up and rest, I'll talk to Talon about your 'baby'." James said to Jasmine allowing her to pass by.

"So did you go out tonight Talon?" James asked him.

 

Night. All was dark and deadly. Jeb hunted alone, he preferred it that way. He was tracking a male and his mate. All power to the area had been terminated, but vampires had infrared type vision.

"Now i just turn into a bat and it would be perfect.." Like all vampires Jeb was deeply insulted by the name, although it suited them. Hunting at night, seeing in the dark, excessive powers, biting necks? All that was missing was the bats. Jeb sighed and cracked his neck, If he didn't see the orange mass's moving soon, he would leave.

He sat for another half an hour and nothing.

"I guess there are no humans here." He turned around soundlessly, and it was right there. The female was inch's away from him, he held his breath so that she wouldn't hear him. "Sorry he whispered." And he was behind her, tongue already deep in the back of her neck. The process was really very gruesome. Searching through the females memory's a pain hit him. The pain of a sorrowed mother. The pain pierced his chest like a steak, ironic?

The female was pregnant. Jeb lay the women down as tears dripped down his cheeks.

"I truly am sorry.."
