Another Kingdom Hearts Story III~ Children of Light and the Dark

Koen opened his eyes and chuckled.
"Do you want to be my girlfriend?" he asked, smiling at her.

John frowned at Niki.
"That Neox guy....he's Koen....isn't he?....why does he want to kill Mirisa!?"

 

Koen smiled at her.
"Cool"
He didn't know, how to respond. He never thought, how he would respond, if he asked someone or if someone asked him.
Koen blushed
"What do I do now?" he thought.

John smiled.
"She must have said yes, look he's blushing!!!" he exclaimed.

 

Koen was happy that there was a distraction. He really didn't know what to say to Mirisa. Perhaps, that was the best. He didn't have to describe his emotions in words. Koen smiled and walked upto John.
"Hey, you okay, John?"
"Yeah"
"I'm sorry about stabbing you"
"That wasn't you, Koen...you must know that"
He turned towards Mirisa and saw the cut, Neox made on her face. It looked painful.
Shino walked upto Mirisa.
"Hey, let me heal that for you, HEAL!"
Suddenly the cut faded from her skin.
Koen smiled, happy that she wasn't hurt.

Koen smiled at Mirisa. He wanted to talk to her but couldn't think of anything to talk to her about. He thought to himself "You're way too shy, Koen"
John smiled.
"I think I'll just leave you two lovers alone" he said, as he walked upto Erin.
Koen blushed.

 

"So...what happens now?..."
Koen had his hands in his pockets and he was clueless at how to act and how to respond. Once again, he never had a girlfriend before and a girl never was interested in him....well at which he wasn't aware of.

 

"That's alright."

"Yeah..." Tom nodded in agreement. He always wondered why people said other people were cute couples. He never really saw a reason to care.

"I still need to think that over." The demon answered. "He's confused once again. And the council won't be able to lessen his confusion. So I suppose we just pull the strings to the most favorable opprotunities."

 

Shino sat on the sand, watching the tides come in. He laid down like he did, when he was Koen's age and sighed.
"Those were some good times" he said to himself. He watched the clouds move across the blue sky and smiled. This was a great way to chill out. He hadn't done this for a very long time. He closed his eyes and listened to the waves of the ocean hitting the shore and the wind whistling around him.

 

"So Tom. Do you want to learn about how you passed through that barrier?" The demon spoke in his mind.

"Who are you? What do you know?" Tom thought.

"I am nobody important." The demon answered. "But, I'm giving you a warning. The council that Niki is arranging for you to meet knows of how you got through." The demon lied about that part. "They're afraid of you. If they meet with you, they'll lock you away forever."

 

"Huh?" Tom looked at her. "Umm.... I'm fine. I'm just thinking. That's all."

The demon spoke in his head again. "But even though the council is afraid of your power that sleeps inside of you, I offer you help. I can teach you how to awaken it. It is in your best interest. After all, everybody will turn against you when the council orders you to be locked away."

 

Shino was searching through his mind aswell, trying to reach the council.
"Are there any imminent threats?....is there danger to our kids?"
Shino was a council member but he wasn't regularly informed. He held his wife's hand as he shut his eyes.

 

"Yeah. Don't worry about me." Tom smiled. "Alot has happened these past few days. Heck, I wake up not knowing anything. I fight in the collusium. I meet you and everybody for the first time. Dark gets us together. And I passed through an impassable barrier."

 

"Alright." Tom smiled as he picked her up. "Let's go." He started walking. "Although I have a feeling that I should probably set you down before your mom sees us."
