Eastern Promises

Alex heard the noise and ran in,''Art? are you.....''he saw her on the floor,she was bleading pritty badly.He took out his staff,but didn't have the energy to cast a spell.He turned her body to see the injury,''Good,she's alive,it looks like she just needs to recover.'' He needed rest himself,then he could cast a spell.He began to think aloud,''That girl...she must have been a mage.'' He ran upstairs and opened a random door,he approached the girl and woke her.

 

OOC: Kate was outside, but that's ok.

Kate stood up from her study. She saw the boy Art did not around.

"How did you... Oh!" Kate exclaimed. She then felt the stress from Art. She ran downstairs. She pulled out a wnd and flicked it. It turned into a staff. She pointed it at Art and soon her cut was healed. She got down and laid her hand on her.

"Oh my, your pregnant. I think that you actually might be ready..." Kate said. She stood up again looking down on. Art she helped Art up and took her to a bed. She helped lay her down.

"You young sir, go fetch some towls and warm water. We can never be to sure. We'll have to watch." Kate said.

 

"She's...ready,no....Erin was supposed to be here,she needed him." he ran into the house,thinking about what would happen next,this slightly delayed him.Mabye he would become some kind of father figure,he wouldn't mind that,but it's not really what he had wanted.Ever since he knew,he hoped that Erin would come back.He got the towels and water then returned to Kate,"Oh,and the name's Alex."

 

"Drop the formalitys im your friend not your soldeir" Kundiso said looking Kazan in the eye

"And who is he calling Child, He's not even a year older than me and neither are you" He added as a late reponse

 

"I told alex you wouldn't recognise me.Anyway,my name is Alia,me you and Alex met for the first time years ago." The horse rode on.

Alex suddenly realised who the girl was.He dragged her away and began to speak before Kate could open her mouth,"Kate...that's your name.Look I need your help,it's about Art,I love her,I know you know that.Please could you tell her though." he walked off, hoping Kate would do so.

 

"I apologise, he seems to over-react at time. Forgive him. Well Kundiso, we may be of close age, but as leader of the imperials and as heir to the Atolian Empire, I feel older and more grand than I may be", Kazan laughed

"Now, what is it you called me for?"

 

Zann couldn't sleep,he took his sword and walked away.He then saw Grey,covered in blood."Where is Alia and Alex when you need them?"He whispered to himself.He couldn't fight very well,but he drew his sword,"What is your buisness here?!" A guard came runnin around the corner."Halt,both of you!"

 

Kate nodded.

"I think she calmed down some." Kate said.

"Listen, I can't tell her, you have to if you love her." Kate pointed out to him. She looked in on Art.

"Go ahead." Kate said to him.

"Just listen to the message in your heart." Kate told him to give him some advise.

 

Alia wheighed up what Arya had just said,"No I'm..." She paused,"I'm Atollian."

Alex looked down,"Sometimes...I just don't know,I don't want to damage our friendship,but.....she needs me now,more than ever." Alex slowly walked to Art,"Sorry,but I'll help you,we're still friends,right?"

Zann pointed his sword at Gray,"Answer me!"

 

"Did you hear that?" Kundiso said closing his eyes

"Oh crap" He said as he ran off without waiting for Kazan to reply, He drew his dagger making all haste towards the Castel.

 

Will stood, docks being near the castle. "The hell was that, an attack on the castle?" He muttered, drawing the dagger and running up into the city, climbing over roofs and flagpoles. He met Kundiso at the door of the castle. "Sorry about earlier." He said, dagger spinning.

 

Kate smiled for the two to turn and see her father coming down. He walked over towards a closet. He put his hand up as a special locked turned and opened to all their magic armour, robes, and equipment.

"Kate watch those two someone is attacking at the castle. I must go help and fight off the attacker." Her father, Mage said.

"What!? No father you can't please stay here I'll go. I'll be back you two." Kate said. She grabbed her light blue cloak out and put it on. She put her hood up and poofed away. She appeared outside the castle. She put her hood seeing two people. She closed her eyes. She walked up to them. She stuck her hand out as the gate opened.

 

Kazan didn't spare a second. He knew something was wrong, just as his friend Kundiso knew too. Kazan struggled to keep up with Kundiso, but Kazan only had his destination in mind. Kazan was always prepared for any trouble or mishaps

As he ran his armor clanked a grunting weight through the city. Kazan has his hand on the hilt of his blade, ready for action

 

Alex turned,"Wha..."

Zann looked at his arm on the floor,"I'm no peasant." He slashed at Gray,hitting only her katana.As sparks went past him,his life flashed before his eyes.

Zann saw unhappiness for alot of it,until he joined the imperial army and became friends with Alia,and in turn,Alex.But that was it,he knew what had to come next.
