Semnax looked at Adam with a smile, "So Adam, the day is almost over. What did you get me?"

Adam looked confused, "What do you mean?" Semnax looked sad, "Oh uh...nothing."

Jasmine and Semnax entered their bedroom, "Semnax whats wrong?" Semnax looked at her with tears in his eyes, "Well it's just.....It's father's day and neither of my kids even remember." Jasmine hugged him, "Oh sweety. Don't cry, the kids have been through alot lately, they probably just forgot because of all the confusion." Semnax nodded and said, "They forgot last year, don't you remember?" Jasmine looked sad, "Semnax, i'm so sorry."

 

Julian smiled at Yakusoku, "Wanna go out and get some food?" He asked.

 

Semnax sighed, "It's fine though. Besides their are more important things to worry about than my feelings. Like those keyblade guys."

 

Semnax smiled and kissed her, "Ya know God must really love me, because he sent me the perfect woman."

 

Semnax laughed, "Wow, it's been a while since I laughed." Semnax kissed her again, then he backed away, "Why do I smell someone else's scent on your lips? It smells like....Adam. Why do I smell Adam on your lips?"

 

"It's just when I kissed you...his scent was strong. In your mouth I could taste his scent. I've never smell his scent on you that much."

Semnax looked at his faithfull wife, "Jasmine tell me the truth....Is their something I should know about. If there is just tell me, i'll understand. I promise I wont get mad at you." He looked sad because as far back as he could remember the only times Semnax and Jasmine had ever lied to eachother was when it was important, was life risking, or for some other good reason.

 

Semnax was abit shocked to hear her say that their own son had kissed her. He thought of what could be going on in that kid's head and why he would kiss his own mother. Then Semnax slowly started to realise what the problem was, it was himself. Semnax looked at Jasmine with tears starting to form in his crimson red eyes, "I've not paid much attention to you guys lately, have I? I think this is my fault. I've not been the father I should be. I bet he feels like since i'm not around much that he needs to be the father in the family and a husband to you. He thinks he's supposed to do my job." Semnax thought for a second then he spoke, "Mabey he could do a better job than me."

 

"When was the last time I took you out somewhere or did something with the kids? It's been at least a year." Semnax felt guilty. "Adam would probably be able to do all those things for you. He does pretty much worship you. You deserve that and I have'nt givn it to you."

 

Semnax looked at her beautifull eyes, the eyes of an angel. He smiled and laughed a little, "Of course i'm not telling you to date our son. But I am saying I should treat you like he would. I should take you places and buy you things like normal husbands do. And I need to be a father to the kids. I feel like I've failed Adam." Semnax suddenly looked sad.

 

Semnax nodded. Jasmine had a special way to always make him feel better. Her smile was tender and kind and comforting. Semnax started to break down into tears. The tears were of joy, he kissed her and held her close, "I promise, I'll start acting like the husband and father this family deserves." He rocked her like does when it storms to comfort her.
