It was by far the only variant of the command deck I liked. Yes, the gameplay shifts in segments were annoying. Like the rail shooter segment of Wonderland.
I’m aware many disliked the glitched segments (tho I loved them) but let’s just bullet point the neat ideas the game had.

Honestly, I didn't find much wrong with it. The gameplay is great and managed to tweak the BBS battle and growth system in a way that made it a bit simpler.
